About Banavu

👋🏼Ola, this is Viral Parekh here. As a busy parent, I spent way too much time figuring out nearby activities to do with my kids. After talking to other parents, I realized I wasn't the only one.

I have always loved building things, so earlier this year I decided to build the solution I wished I had. That's how Banavu was born. Banavu means "to make".

Banavu Kids Activities Finder app helps parents discover age-appropriate kid-friendly activities nearby without the need to share family's personal information to use it.

Prior to Banavu, I have spent over a decade working on software and hardware technologies at world-class companies like Apple & Robinhood.

To my fellow busy parents, try out the app and let me know your experience. I would love to make it more useful for your family.
